P.S. Something is worrying me about my HD-DVD add-on: It has frozen on me twice in the past month. Not only that, but the audio and video sometimes don't sync up to each other... This is really worrying me. Anyone know what's going on?

sound's like a firmware issue. I don't have the unit but a A3 and up until the last update a couple weeks ago I would occasionally experience sync loss and freezing like what you describe. but now it's 100%

Playback on my add-on is quite problematic, but i'm inclined to think it's a problem with the actual console, as it was fine until i had it repaired for rrod.

i also had some lip sync problems, especially with serenity, but there is an update that you can get from xbox.com that will sort that out.
