I gotta say, I was suprised by this film. I had heard that it was a generic, predictable Nic Cage film, but it was suprisingly fun. There's of course a little bit of the cheese factor, but I was really suprised how much I enjoyed this film. The locales are really varied, too, so if done right this could be excellent demo material. I'll be picking it up.

It was based off a Philip K. Dick short story, so the premise is great. But I did not see the film so I can't comment.

Same with me, I respect Philip K. Dick (how can one not after "Blade Runner" and "Total Recall"), but I have not seen this one for myself.

up till the last 2 mins of the movie, that ending just totally ruined the film.
its such ashame cause it was a movie that was alot of fun till that horrible ending.
definately up there with the worst movie endings of all time.

In all honesty Ithought the film was pretty weak but what I find even more interesting is most people dont understand the ending at all. Did you understand it? Looking at alot of the posts on IMDB.com I was shocked at how many people just didnt understand it for the life of them. It really not a bad ending if you understand it. What made this film weak was the performances especially by Julianne Moore and Jessica Biel and even Cage was a bit weak in this one. Besides that I thought the story itself was ok and I didnt have a problem with the ending.

this movie i thgouth was fun to watch, but doens't warrant a purchase unless there are going to be some cool special features.

when i think of N Cage, i think of ConAir and Face/Off, both were from 10 years ago.

i guess he just doens't draw a big audience anymore.
