Thanks to my end all you have given the stock of HD DVD-R that had in the UK, aber now where I'm going to buy more records.

Sorry dude... Where ever we can get them we are buying them up... I think we have something like 1002 from the UK alone, and I just located an additional 2900 Discs I am about to charge to my Mastercard. I can going to help other indie filmmakers do Niche Releases on HD DVD for their flicks.

I recently counted more than 8000 discs in just a website and soon after there were none left, it is well that you become a great high stock to supply to other filmmakers and to get their movies on HD DVD but I think there are some who are acquiring all the stock that can then negotiate with it, I only have 200 HD DVD-R but if it happens I had bought the 1500 a paltry price of 0.12 pounds.


Incidentally you can buy some recorders, but since you're going to need and the remaining stock in ebay is becoming lower.

Deadlands 3 has been put on hold due to personal and family issues... but the nice thing is what money we did raise through Blu-Ray sales bought and purchased the new editing rig and software capable of handling up to 4K resolution editing.

My mother who is 79 is in failing health and I have to devote a majority of my attention to her at the moment. I didn't want to be away filming and have something happen then have to shut down to take care of anything... so i felt it was best to take a wait and see approach... If you understand where I am coming from on the subject.

UPDATE: New Stuff for the Deadlands 1 HD DVD

I have completed editing on a new 20 minute long feature interview with main cast & myself that was shot in HD
I have also compiled about 2.5 minutes of Deleted Scenes I am also going to include... Looking for more.

Thanks... yes for me family is first. However, since I have down time it is allowing me to put more stuff into the Deadlands 1 HD DVD, It is amazing once you go digging around how much stuff you realize has been captured.

My mom is a great lady and did a lot for both productions so I don't mind shutting things down for Deadlands 3, until I see how things go.

I am very sorry to hear about your mom. Like many, I've been through this myself, and it's very painful on many levels. Very sorry to hear of the loss of your mum. As someone who lost my Dad some years back, I know only too well the pain that this sort of loss can bring.

Thanks everyone... I do truly appreciate the support. In about a week I will be back to my regular schedule of things I am just trying to close out mom's affairs, and also prep for the final two film fest screenings for Deadlands 2.

Can't believe it has already been a week since she passed, it has been tough but there has been a lot of support from family fans and friends... and again i do appreciate it.

Oh and yes the Deadlands 1 HD DVD release will be dedicated to her memory.

600 HD DVD-r discs are currently going through customs processing in New York enroute to Gary (as of 4th November).

There was a delay in this shipment, they were picked up in the UK on the 8th October, and have sat quite patiently at Heathrow for nearly a month as UK customs required more information - apparently since the first batch was dispatched new rules came in to force, and no one bothered asking me for the information.

Well, they should be with Gary next week - week commencing 8th November.
