Painted Skin Chinese Import HD DVD??

A seller on ebay is selling these on ebay for a buy it now price of $6.49?? He has 9 available. Is this a legit HD DVD release??? I didn't see it on your import list bruceames?
The seller also claims that this HD DVD has English and Chinese subtitles.

Legit?

P.S.-----------this seller has like 11 Chinese films that claim to be HD DVD's. I've come to the conclusion that none of these are real HD DVDs.

AFAIK China never released any HD DVDs. Surely it's a DVD that's mis-categorized as HD DVD.

This seller list alot of their dvds as hd dvd's. I've reported them to ebay 3 or 4 times. The first time or two they removed it or atleast put it in the right category. The last time or two, the movies remained there still listed as hd dvd's. If you do a search for hd dvd resident(as in Resident Evil) you'll see a couple of dvds listed from this seller with hd dvd listed as format. But if you read the description & look at the picture you'll see its not the hd version. Very deceptive seller imo.

edit: just did a search and the seller has 372 movies listed for sale. When searching for hd dvd's in his list, all 372 come up as hd dvd.
