This place is selling it for 14.90 euros. I emailed them and they said they would ship to USA for 9 euros. So it would be around $36. I just e-mailed them back asking for shipping costs for multiple copies. I forgot to ask about VAT. I don't know if anyone else is interested in a copy but maybe I can do a small group order when the numbers come back.
