This is to just summerize everything up. After taking care of the issue with my credit card on the 1st order. I placed 3 orders (all 40+ titles) and one for 10 titles that Bol.com canceled. Each cancelation came with some form of this message as to why.

Dear mister Buehler,

Thank you for your purchase with us.

However we have cancelled your order.
With regard to foreign shipments, we pay per kilo. Therefore it is too expensive to send large orders to an address outside The Netherlands. There is also a certain risk involved and possible damage. You can find more information on this on our website on the "help"-page, subject “Afleveren van uw bestelling”,
“Wat zijn de richtlijnen als ik een bestelling naar het buitenland wil sturen?”.
I would advise you to place orders again that contain no more than 4 items. These then will be processed.

So I decided to give up on doing the group import, as It seams to me that they are going to more strickly follow their shipping policy.
I think you'll be better off just ordering them on your own if you wanted 3-4 titles. If you only wanted 1-2 titles you may want to see about pairing up with someone, there for I will leave this list of those that wanted titles.

I did place 2 orders for 5 titles each on thursday morning and as of now, they still say in process.

Dutch = 98 min international cut
German = 108 min director's cut
