Default Question about LaHaine

Is there any difference between the 3 versions of LaHaine currently available (German, French and UK)?

And the UK case is thick and the French is probably thin. I'm not sure about the German version's case. Personally I prefer the thin cases.

German case is a thick case, I had some copies in my group import.
