Default DVDgo sale on imports: 10 euros each

plus $35-$40 shipping.

Here's the movies they have on sale (Downfall has no English audio/subs)
for 10 euros (8.62 euros after VAT is removed)

Downfall
Bridge to Terabithia
The Brothers Grimm
The Last Legion
An American Haunting

Also, Mystery of the Nile is available for 20.68 euros (after VAT). Given the high shipping costs, this looks like it has group buy potential if anyone wanted to host it and there was enough interest.

I think the shipping cost goes up for ordering more than 4 titles, but after that I'm not sure. Try adding some items to your cart to see what they'll charge you.

They do say 'out of stock', but when I ordered there before they ship within a few days of ordering.

That sucks on the high shipping costs, however I found a discount code worth about 5 euros which will ease the pain a little for those who decide to order.

What's Malefico?

EDIT: Never mind, I see it - An American Haunting.

I'm considering The Downfall - I can probably get by well enough with Spanish audio & subs.

Well I just placed an order for 4 movies

1 The Pianist (HD-DVD) 60% 21,51 eur 8,60 eur
1 6605259295 -5,17 eur -5,17 eur
1 The Last Legion (HD-DVD) 60% 21,55 eur 8,62 eur
1 Mystery of the Nile (HD-DVD) 20,68 eur 20,68 eur
1 The Brothers Grimm (HD-DVD) 60% 21,51 eur 8,60 eur
1 Gastos de envνo Area E 19,15 eur 19,15 eur Subtotal 60,49 eur Total 60,49 eur

I already own the US version of The Pianist and the Japanese version of Brothers Grimm, but since these will have Spanish subs they will make for better family viewing since my wife and stepkid are from El Salvador and speak limited English.

Anyone know if Mysteries of the Nile was ever released in the U.S.? All I can find is release announcements by Image Entertainment, no news of cancellation, but not in stock anywhere - altho I did find a site taking pre-orders with an expected release date of 01/01/2037. I think that's a little long to wait.

US Mystery of the Nile was canceled, but did make it out in Spain. That's why I ordered it from DVDgo (even though it's not on sale). BTW, if you can wing it with the Spanish audio/subs on Downfall, I'd pick it up since the transfer is pretty good (although there is an abundance of grain in the scenes filmed with natural lighting) and of course the movie is excellent.
