Back cover lists both French and English audio as well as French and English subtitles. I have it at home but haven't watched it yet. I'll confirm with the actual disc when I get back home from my current holiday trip.

M6 Video's own online shop and Xploited list both tracks as well so I believe it should definitely have both in any case.

Are there any more hand-drawn animations, other than "Asterix and the Vikings" and "Les Triplettes de Beville"?

Bleh, I'm not paying $50+/- for anime (I don't like anime).

There's "Kirikou ..." released in France as well which I think is hand-drawn but doesn't have any English audio or subs. All the others that I know apart from those 3 French releases are Japanese Anime titles. I ordered that Kirikou from the recent bogo at Amazon France. It's probably waiting at home so I'll check it out when I get back home from my holiday trip.
