1408 Available in the US now!!!!!!

I thought I let you know. HD DVD owners can get their hands on 1408 via exploitedcinema. It is the Dutch version though (Not that it matters). enjoy the movie.

I remember seeing a screenshot of the Reservoir Dogs menu, and it having an English menu.

Yes, the first wave of DFW HD DVDs all had English menus so most likely 1408 is also like that.

Not a stupid question at all but you should check out my HD-DVD import FAQ that's stickied in this forum.

Q: Will these work on *whatever HD-DVD unit I own*?

A: Yes, any import you buy should work on whatever HD-DVD unit you own. The only title I can think of off the top of my head that has some playback issues is Enemy At The Gates with HD-A1/X1 & HD-A3/A35 players.
