Playing R2 DVD discs on A2 & A20?
Is there a way I can play region 2 DVD discs on a HDA2 & HDA20 without altering the firmware?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Nope. They don't support multi-region natively.

There is a firmware for 2nd generation players that you can download. However, I believe it is a hacked or end-user modified firmware. Unfortunately I don't own a 2nd generation player so I don't really know anything more than that, such as where to get the firmware or how easily it is applied.
