Differences between Xbox 360 add-on and the HD-A2?
What are the differences between Xbox 360 add-on and the HD-A2? Is it worth it to upgrade?

Audio. You can't get the lossless audio from the 360 add-on. It's worth upgrading if you've got to have the lossless audio, which I do. Once you go lossless you won't go back. By the way, I got my A2 at the same price as the add-on. $199

I didn't realize the HD-A2 does have 1080p support. I think I'll stay with the add-on for now.

The A2 doesn't support 1080p, it's 1080i and below.

I haven't seen a 360 HD playing a movie, but didn't I read somewhere about the A2 doing a better job upconverting? To me, that's huge because regular DVDs aren't going away any time soon and I'm extremely pleased with what I see on my 65" TV which would make issues look a lot worse if there were any.
