360 Hd DVD Add On, any Problems Reading Discs????

I just got the 360 hd dvd add on and a friend of mine bought the relentless enemies national geographic disc, we tried watching it on the add on and it said disc could not be read, the player was 20 minutes old because i set it up right after i bought it. He then tried it on his player, which is also a 360 add on and it also didn't read. We both work at Best Buy so he tried it on the HD DVD player we have on display and it worked. Anyone know any problems with some discs not being read on the add on. Thanks

The only disc I had trouble reading was The Matrix Revolutions. Everything else runs fine.

I never had problems with any of mine.

i heard a couple of people having problems with that disc before. i don't have it, but others were always asking about it when the updates came out.

just be sure to update your add-on and if that doesn't work return the disc and try again.

We returned it three times and still the same thing. Oh well, just got his money back for the disc.
