Unloading Entire HD DVD Collection!

I have decided to part with my collection. If any are interested in starting or revamping their collection, this can end it for good.

I've got roughly 275 HD DVD's.

More than half are still sealed.

Half are rare imports.

This includes:

Band of Brothers X 2 sets used.
Out of Time (Japanese, sealed)
Oliver Twist (Japanese, sealed)
Equilibrium (Japanese, used)
Jack Ryan Collection
and many, many more

Too much to list. Can send a list for those interested.

Only looking to get rid of this entire collection in one go. Too much work to sell individually.

Looking for reasonable offers.

This is my personal collection so 95% of the titles are worth collecting.

Be aware that the shipping charges may easily be in the $200 dollar range because it will take several boxes to pack all this stuff up.

Are you in the US? Media Mail should be much less then that.

Well, I would be very surprised if you sell the entire collection becase most people have I bet you many of the titles you have which you haven't listed yet. Oh, by the way, you just might sell it to someone that will turnaround I try to make a profit by selling the more rare individual titles such as Band of Brothers. Good luck with selling the entire lot. I'm not discouraging you, but how much for the entire lot during a bad economic time as this. At least, I thought people are trying to save a buck or two. With the amount shipping is, and the size of the lot, you may be better off just keeping them, unless you're in dire need of cash.

With the rare discs you have as imports, it may bump it up a little bit, but getting $5 per disc when all is said and done on average, plus the cost of your shipping fees may just not be worth it.

It is a very nice collection though, I must say. Best of luck with it, it's just a shame there are so many discount spots now for people looking to resell their collections.

Nope, not in dire need of cash. I've slowly moved to the Darkside ()
and thought it was time get rid of them. But you are right, thought I would try my luck though to see if there was still someone out there that hasn't started an collection yet. Guess not.

Very nice jeanpaulg. What a collection it is. I would love to purchase that Brotherhood of The Wolf from you. Someone just sold a used one for $16.00 a day ago. Anyway, I really would break this up. I was going to say if you really need the cash, then we all understand. Believe me, I know the economy is not good around the world right now and everyone is cutting back preserving their funds. Or you just might want to part ways period for personal reasons. Nevertheless, some of these titles are only worth $3.00-$5.00 here in the states. I would assume you're not in the U.S. Therefore, your shipping cost is enormous. Just do something for all of us here in this forum(you really don't have to). Think about the cost versus shipping where ever you're shipping these titles to. Go to Amazon and see that some of these titles are worth only pennies. You will probably come out better with your rare imports sold seperately and then possibly selling the remaining easy-to-find titles as a bundle because I know here in the states some of these titles are "seriously" cheap in a great deal of online and used stores. Good luck, but I"m still open for certain titles. You can see where this is leading for many people here. The point is is that some people are willing to purchase some of your titles, but only certain rare ones. They are incredible though.

Yeah, I guess I don't need 2 sets of Band of Brothers. A set (new) just sold on ebay for $400, so I'm not really sure what I should do.

I will keep you in mind if I decide to get rid of a set.
