Is Eyes Wide Shut the theatrical or unrated?

It says Not Rated on the back. Was there more than one version?

I've had this come up before and I never really got an answer. According to various sites such as ebay and half.com, there are two separate UPCs for this title:

012569818330 - Eyes Wide Shut (HD DVD 2007, Unrated Edition)

883929012060 - Eyes Wide Shut (HD DVD, 2008,2-Disc Special Edition)

I have 883929012060, but it is not a 2 Disc version, and it is Unrated, with a 2007 Copyright, so go figure.
