HDNet put out the Best of HDNet World Report - this is volume 1: link. Unfortunately, their shipping price is too expensive, and you don't see it until you go through the entire checkout ($6, more than the item).

I just ordered 6 titles from them and total shipping was $7, which is not that bad, so if the OP is looking to get them I suggest ordering them all at once. It appears one of the Bikini Destinations is no longer available. I also might add that one of the "Best of Get Out" recently sold on ebay for $50, which is strange since you can still get it for $5.95 from HDNet.
