Noticed the following from items saved in my cart --

Fletch [HD DVD] has decreased from $11.49 to $7.99
Sneakers [HD DVD] has decreased from $7.49 to $6.99

Looks like a Universal price drop on a bunch of titles.

Thanks for the heads up...I just picked up Lost in Translation for $6.99 New from Amazon Marketplace seller "CloseoutMovies." Prime works with them and no tax charged (bonus for us NY'ers), they have 4 copies left if anyone is interested.

Klunkerz is actually a DVD, Amazon just has it mislisted as an HD DVD.

I'm not really sure what you're looking at because actually Amazon.uk has ridiculously high prices on the HD Dvd's that they still have in stock.

    Indeed.

The only decent Amazon UK sale came several months ago when they had a number of Universal titles for around $8.50-shipped to the US depending on how many you ordered.

Aside from that blowout, Amazon UK's prices have been horrendous.

    HD DVD: Toshiba HD-A1, XA2
    HD DVDs: 163, DVDs: 50
