Well technically it's $25 per title, and it's probably only the box that's not mint (I'd imagine the individual cases are mint). But your second point about it being rare, I'd definitely need it to arrive in absolutely mint condition! The sad thing is that they probably packaged it the same bad way for the poor people who paid $150-$200 early on for it. I feel much worse for those people than the people who got it for $100. At least for $100 you could probably sell the damaged version on eBay and still turn a profit! I'm just curious if they are now gone forever or if inetvideo is still holding onto a few to try to pawn off later for $150+ again... The only way I'd buy this set for so much is if I owned a UP5000 or another discontinued player that can't play the BD-versions (and may never be able to).

ETA: Meant no offense by this, still a fan Centauri (of both you and Babylon 5)!

My take on media is a bit different than that of other people, so let me phrase it another way; If I pay $100 for anything made out of ingredients as cheap to produce as plastic and paper, it had better be in perfect condition on arrival.

And no offense taken. I'm a bit of a packaging Nazi; The Battlestar Galactica set I imported from the UK earlier in the year arrived with a *very* slight bend in the case spine, and it catches my eye every time I look at my HD DVD collection from across the room.

It's why I have no problem ordering standard DVDs/CDs... etc from Amazon, but if cardboard is involved in any way, I'll usually try to buy it locally even if I wind up paying a bit more. I like to go through several copies and pick out one that is in the best condition possible. Too many items from Amazon are either dinged or have slash marks in them from when their stockers slash open the boxes the item came in with a box knife.

My $100.00 copy of "The Jack Ryan Collection" arrived in stunning mint condition!
I've never got any damaged products from Inet and I've probably bought about 20+ HD-DVD's from them. I guess I gotta consider myself lucky? lol

Indeed you should ..... I just posted my woes about the state that my Jack Ryan Collection arrived in over at the thread about shipping from inetvideo ... quoted here :

The disc itself seemed ok though, no scratch or crack. The slipbox is a goner though.

One would have thought that for an item that cost a hundred bucks, inetvideo would at LEAST have carefully bubblewrapped it and shipped it in a sturdy cardboard box. There goes the value of my collectible .... grrrrrrr

This set must be the recalled set. Each individual case list a few special features on the cases, but those special features are not on the disk.
I ran all 4 movies to confirm this.

Yeah, I have noticed a few sellers on ebay with blu-rays and 0 feedback recently. I noticed one who just joined isn't even a registered member anymore. I wonder why.
