I live in Phoenix, AZ and just got back from the Fry's here and got five movies, but they were $11.99, not $9.99. Would I have been able to have them price match or anything?

Movies I got:

Dog Day Afternoon
2001 A Space Odyssey
The Road Warrior
Batman Begins
A Clockwork Orange

If you're in the Phoenix area, make sure to stop at Fry's, they had a bunch of movies.

The Irving, TX store was overflowing with HD DVD's.

The Austin store--not so much.

Default Fry's - San Fran Bay Area

The Fry's in the San Fran Bay Area also have a very good selection of titles at very attractive prices with a typical collection on sale at $9.99 thru next Tuesday. A fair number of these appear to be Canadian releases with English/French titling on the outside.

The Universal HD DVDs on sale at Frys are the Canadian Version with the French on the splines and front.

Just a warning, I know some people for some reason freak out.

The Fry's in fountain valley had mostly all of the advertised HD-DVD's in stock, HOWEVER, most of those on the shelves were Canadian packaging.
I also noticed others not advertised in Canadian packaging. I'm a bit of a collector so the French titles and descriptions don't appeal to me whatsoever.
