I bought my copy from a seller on amazon marketplace for under $10 with shipping and it arrived within 10 days.

Many people received this one as a substitute freebie in the Toshiba 5 free HD-DVD offer, and there are a good number of those who already had it or don't want it. So you can snag one cheap on Amazon marketplace, Half.com or even ebay.
