Default EZYDVD Final Clearout (OZ)

I know everyone is getting sick of the OZ sales due to postage costs, but I thought I would give a heads up for a final HD DVD clearout for EZYDVD.

All stores have sent back all remaining stock to their headquarters last week. After speaking to staff from 2 stores, stated there will be a final sale aimed at getting rid of ALL stock. Hopefully it will happen sometime this week.

My guess is there will proabably be a good discount on Star Trek Season 1, as their best price was $69.95 AUD. Should be at least 50+ titles which are very common in OZ, but may not be as common overseas (such as The Holiday which is a redemption title in Australia)

Best Regards,

Mathew

Interesting, I had looked just yesterday and noticed they had pulled all of their stock. I purchased Into the Wild from them, and although the shipping was a bit higher than I'd like to pay, all that matters is the overall cost, and for that, I was happy at under $12.

Would love to know when and where this is going to take place also!

this is the kind of thing all the stores in the USA should have done. big ups to them, even though i wasn't too pleased in my dealings w/ them, the right thing to do

Thanks for the heads-up. I've been holding out for Star Trek for a while now, even noticing one returned copy in JB recently, but i suspect it could come down to around the $50 mark if there is stock.

Oh and no more reminders for The Holiday; had enough of trying to offload that when my redemptions arrived.

Check the Canadian Amazon web site every once in a while for a possible deal on the HD-DVD Star Trek S1 set. It was recently $49.99 and there was a $10 off promotion code for first time Amazon.ca buyers. When I purchased a copy recently that $10 off discount basically cover the international shipping to the US.

The price has currently jumped up to $155.99 CAD but maybe it will go on sale again:

Upgraded to priority shipping for like $0.04 when I bought Star Trek season 1....Seems like that might be worth it for anyone thinking about purchasing from them.
