Tons Of Hd Dvd Now $11.99 At Frys
In case you haven't noticed, Frys just priced almost all of their Warner and Universal HD DVDs at $11.99, both online and in store.
If its $11.99 online, it will ring up at that price at Frys also, at least thats been my experience. Its just sometimes they don't update the price on the discs all that fast.

Didn't see his "Decent Deals" Thread.
Anyway, now that I think about it more, my Frys, in Anaheim, CA, had literally almost 50 of each title. They filled tables adjacent to the main HD DVD aisle, and they filled extra end caps. In fact the sheer amount was actually absurd. There is no way they can sell them all for $11.99, I'm expecting some kind of blow out sale soon, at least $9.99 in an ad, if not even less.

It appears that even though there are many titles on line at Fry's for $11.99, the titles that are available in the stores are primarily the Warner titles only. In both of my local Fry's, there are tons of each of the Warner titles available. In fact, they have a couple of bins full of these titles. However, there are virtually none of the Universal titles in store that are on line for $11.99. It really looks like Warner is dumping all of their left over HD DVD stock on the market to get rid of whatever is left in storage. If you are looking for a non-Warner title, shipping costs and tax at Fry's make the $13.99 prices for the same titles on Amazon a more attractive buy as long as you buy at least two titles to go over $25. No tax and no shipping at Amazon. It's only a couple of bucks difference but a deal is a deal.

Yesterday I went to the Fry's in Duluth (Atlanta) and they had tons titles. They appeared to be mostly WB titles and they even had some boxes of the Harry Potter movies underneath the displays. The HP movies were $11.99 each and I can't see them selling all of those for that price. Eventually they will have to be $9.99 and I wonder if they can sell them even at that price.
