The price for Corpse Bride is not bad at all.

Bestprices is iffy IMO right now as many are reporting they're not shipping the MI box set yet despite being released today.

Yeah they us media mail, that is if you use the free shipping.

Most of those titles are available at amazon for $18 and if you spend more than $25 you get free shipping. I actually sprung for the Amazon prime because I order every title from Amazon and the 2 day shipping will become worth it very quickly. Considering the 25+ titles I have ordered so far, I think I have gotten my money's worth. Also, by buying from amazon using the links on this site, we are all supporting this great site. I am not shilling, I just think that if you use the site and it links to great deals, go ahead and use the links to support the site.

I can agree with that. I like to support places. Especially a place where I can get information & my questions answered. So I do agree. But if deepdiscountdvd.com does a 20% off sale I will let you all know, b/c w/ free shipping (yeah it is media mail, but what do you expect for free?) I will be sure to let you all in on it. Look at the site, SD DVD's are very reasonibly priced, so I am sure once HD DVD takes off prices will come down and this will be the cheapest site around like it is w/ SD DVD's.

KING KONG comes out on Tuesday 11/14/06. The Promotion goes through next Saturday 11/18/06, so you can order it on Tuesday. It will come out to $21.42 including shipping. But if you look at my previos posts the movies that were $20.13 are now $22.83. They raised the prices $2.70 on the cheapest ones. Always a gimmick w/ some places. This used to be my favorite site. to buy dvd's. I am thinking about emailing them.

Well I sent deepdiscountdvd.com an email. I posted it below. I will post any response I get from the. I hope other's email them too. What a way to treat customer's raisingthe prices during a sale. That's just wrong. Feel free to let me know what you think about the email.

I went onto deepdiscountdvd.com this morning to buy some dvd's during your SUPERSALE. I am especially interested in HD DVD's. I have been comparing prices & I felt that yours were very reasonable. Unfortunately I noticed that once the sale began, most of the HD dvd's that I was planning to purchase had a price increase of $2.70. I am curious of why this sudden price increase? I really would like to hear from you on this matter, b/c this is my favorite site to buy dvd's from, I tell everyone about your site whenever I can, but I must say I was a bit discouraged when I went onto the site this morning to place my order, to find the prices had been increased. So I figured I would just ask you if there were any reason's for the sudden price increases.

I've been on Amazon and noticed that their prices are 1-2 dolllars cheaper than DeepDiscount and their current offer is by 3 or more HD DVD's and get an instant 10% off and additional 10% off on any future purchases within one full year.Amazon is also taking off 30 bucks if you use their charge card for first time purchase.The overall price and savings can't be beat.
