Default Google Checkout deal. Save $10

If you have a google account and want to check out their new payment system you will get $10 off a purchase of $30 or more. They have a decent number of participating stores like buy.com DVDEmpire.com and bestprices.com. I just went through the process and saved $10 bucks on

    Chronicles of Riddick
    Tokyo Drift

$42 shipped no tax to WA.

I think it's good until end of Oct so I'll probably re-up again just before it ends. Thank you Universal for your support of HD DVD. Here's another couple of discs for your bean counters to track. This is a great way to save money on Combo discs which are more expensive but still solid movies. I'll be purchasing Kiss Kiss Bang Bang next week and I may pre-order V for Vendetta.

This deal has pretty much killed my credit card for the next two months. Perfect for picking up those 30 dollar combos.

Well I'm about to double dip on this special. I'm thinking of ordering Batman Begins and pre-ordering V for Vendetta.

Then I might hit it up one more time before the end of the month. I'm not sure when this thing expires.

How do you use thier checkout system? I just signed up on google, and I do not have the patience to figure it out. Plus, I missed HEROES on Monday and SCI-FI is re-airing Monday's episode at 7 pm. So on that note can someone pm me how to use google's check-out and I will check back after HEROES.

    Thanks.

if you go to a site like bestprices.com or dvdempire.com and click the google checkout link if you haven't setup up a google account you can right then and there. If you've already signed up clicking on google checkout will prompt you to enter your email and password and once authenticated you should see your $10 credit

Still two days left for this deal. I find buy.com to be the best. Two $20 titles with free shipping come out to $15 each with this deal..

I live in California so this deal is not worth it to me. For two cheaper titles it comes out to about $35, when at amazon, it comes out to $36 with the 10% off and the fact that I do not pay tax from Amazon. It was a great deal when the titles were $1 cheaper last week, I bough a couple titles then. And if I did not have to pay tax it would definitely be worth it.

The google checkout deal is now working at DVDPlanet. They have great prices but a lot of their titles are already sold out.
