Default Apple TV: Who is deciding their HD movies?

I am getting an APPLE TV in 2 weeks, and while I like some of the HD selection, I cant help but notice they put a lot of crap out there, and sequels but not the originals.

Why do we have Caddy Shack 2 but not 1?
American Pie 2,3,and beta house but not the original?
Why Bourne Identity and Ultimatum but no Supremacy?

I hope they step up their content. I really want this to suceed.

It's entirely up to the studios. And in typical fashion, they're trying to have it both ways - putting their toe into digital distribution, but trying to protect their DVD cash cow by holding back most of their top titles.
