Monday night I watched Day of the Dead(2008) on VUDU. For $3 it wasn't too bad. And considering it was the SD version, it looked pretty good for SD. I don't get a chance to watch much SD content.

Just watched Dances with Wolves and Princess Bride on the Playstation 3 store in 720p w/2.0 Surround (Boo.)
The picture was great (for 720p) but the audio was stereo only.
These films should both look great when they finally hit Blu-Ray.
(They've been delayed over a year and a half now! C'mon MGM/Fox!)

Watched Pee-Wee's Big Adventure in 720p (Yay) and Dolby 2.0 (Boo) on the PS3 Video Store. Picture Quality was actually pretty good, I'm sure a Blu-Ray release is coming soon.

I'm Starting S2 of Dexter from Itunes. I mad a decision that rather than spend the $25 for S2 on SD DVD, or the Eventual $60 pricetage when and if it ever hits Blu Ray, that $35 for the 720p Versions thru my Apple TV is a good mid point, plus I get SD versions I don't have to encode for my Touch.

They look about as good as the HD versions I see on SHowtime.
