Thumbs down When can we see HD content, or at least DVD quality, on Apple TV?

Ive been waiting.
I bought mine in March(early adopter) and have been waiting for them to at least not be in 4:3 or some stretched picture crap. Im tired of it. I really want to stop buying Box Sets and start investing in DD TV sets. Easier and just more awesome. Except for the fact that there all in 4:3, minus the some that are stretched and ugly.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I thought HD is coming but in 720P highest. Not the fuulest of 1080i/p but not bad. I don't know if that's a harware limit or a higher bandwidth issue.

I didn't buy one because of no HD content last year.

"Full HD" is a marketing term, not a specification!

AppleTV owners have been doing that for months. You know, export to AppleTV? My EyeTV has export to AppleTV. Handbrake has export to AppleTV. What have you been waiting for?

He's talking about transcoding your videos to ApplyTV format and importing them into your iTunes. Not every elegant, but it would work.

If you have enough time to complain, I'm sure you have enough time to google 'handbrake'.
