4th Quarter Titles
Hey everyone. It is HIGHLY recommended to take advantage of pre-orders as we enter into the 4th quarter of 2007. Disc pressing facilities are pushed right to the limit with the amount of BIG titles coming out this fall. To put it into perspective, think about how many dvd's of Shrek 3, Spider-man 3, Pirates 3 and Transformers, just for the Wal-mart chain. Literally millions
 So we need to get those hi-def titles pressed asap. Studios and distributors have sent several memos stating strict order cutoffs to place orders. They are warning that what goes out on release day for whatever Blu-ray or HD DVD title is it. They expect significant delays on second shipments of titles. In other words, make those release day orders count. I have already had to place estimated orders for Transformers and Spider-man 3, to guarantee on time stock. So look over your Wishlists Addicts! No response to emails and calls as to why. I've seen qute a few Blu-ray only release delays lately. Not sure what the production issue is.

Sony was smart by only offering Spidey 3 and the Trilogy. People seem to think Spidey 3 on Blu will be this monster seller, but they fail to realize alot of people love the first 2 and thought #3 was a dud. I checked a few retailers for the heck of it and found more than a few were sold out of the Trilogy, but had a ton of Spidey 3 singles left. Even here at HD Addicts, the Trilogy has entered the bestsellers list with #3 no where near it. We've sold single digits of Spidey 3
