More like Batman 2 but whatever.

I loved Dark Knight, but nothing beats "Come with me if you want to live!"

I just want to touch up on a point you made saying that the themes of Terminator do not go as deep as The Dark Knight. While I agree that TDK is much more heart pounding, they deal with many of the same type of internal conflict. The Dark Knight surrounds the idea of fate vs. chance and choice (free will) vs. destiny, while Terminator deals with the idea of inevitability. These themes kind of go hand-in-hand. So, if you consider this, the themes in Terminator are every bit as thought provoking as the themes from The Dark Knight. The difference between the two movies is simply the lighting on the set. When I watch TDK, I can feel an irrepressible cloud of darkness throughout the entire length of the film, Terminator doesnt quite do that. There is a lot of light in T2; in the Dark Knight there is very very little. The win goes to The Dark Knight because of its incessant intensity.

Nahh Terminator 2 was a joke. He didnt kill any people in that movie, he took orders from a kid. action heroes turned soft in the 90s.

It's not even close, and I adore TDK.

T2 every single day of the week.

I like both flicks, but have to give the edge to The Dark Knight, because of Heath Ledger's remarkable performance, as the Joker.

    Dark Knight wins!

Terminator 2 was an insult to the original Terminator, since when does a ruthless killing machine take orders from a kid and when the Terminator opened fire on a load of cops with a minigun and never hit one of them was just lame, It makes me cringe.

How did you like Terminator Salvation without Arnie in the starring role?

I only like the original Terminator movie, I have only watched half of T3 before I switched it off, and I never even watched Terminator Salvation.
