Blockbuster or Netflix for HD material?

Just got a PS3 and got blu ray sticker shock....they ain't HD-DVD prices. So who's service is better and/or best value. I've had Blockbuster before and it was quite good. How is Netflix with shipping out blu ray material? Thanks in advance. Sorry if it's already been discussed.

Update: Decided to go with Netflix since it had a 1 month trial and lowest unlimited plan (1 blu at a time for 8.99/mo)
