Thumbs up Josh's Article (Home Theater Magazine) Congrats

He probably will never forgive me for this but I just want to let people know that our Josh Z has his own article in the Well-Known Home theater Magazine.

Without any more remarks I present to you:

I consider myself a fairly intelligent guy for 52 years-old but the tech is getting way more complex. Josh's take on the audio for high def optical is right on. Thank god for forums whether it be for AVRs, or high def optical players. Many good folks that can help out.

Thanks Josh for a very informative article.

Thanks, guys. This will actually be a regular gig, FYI. I've had pieces in every issue since April.

My head hurts after reading that... I seriously hope all receiver/player manufactorers get their stuff together in the next 2-3 years and simplify this ridiculousy complex problem.

Nice article. Very much hits the nail on the head in regards to current HD audio.

Very informative, but as a non-techy my head hurts too after reading it. I think I'll have to print it out and have me a sit-down with my PS3, my HE-1 and my Yammy RX-1800 to see if I have all bases covered.

Nice, Josh! I've been harping on this for a while; the digital audio morass for HD is totally counterintuitive for a normal consumer, and will ensure that most non-tech early adopters either end up getting DVD quality audio or having a totally frustrating experience. Neither is a good outcome.

Thanks for writing this!
