I'd say around 15-20 hours. Buy a long USB to mini-USB cable and that's all you need. When it's fully charged the red light will stop blinking and turn solid red.

Call me crazy but I enjoyed Enchanted Arms. But that's on the 360 as well so it's not worth bringing up.

My suggestions are: Folklore, Oblivion GOTY and Stranglehold CE(try to get new for $20 and below if possible. $30 is ok and while fun it's way short).

I'd suggest a bunch I recently bought but I haven't played them yet so I won't. Fl0w is fun but overpriced so don't get it unless it's on sale. The game is way short and there's almost no replay value.
From the demo I'd suggest buying Super Stardust HD. Ridge Racer 7 seemed fun but I believe it has the nitrous in it. I frankly think the nitrous has ruined Ridge Racer personally and wish it were taken out.
Uncharted is fun but don't pay more then $20 for it as it's short. Follow this especially with "Heavenly Sword" as it's PAINFULLY short.
If you decide to get Siren import it only as the U.S. version is censored.

For Genji I haven't played it but it's suppose to be like, or directly like, a Sony version of Onimusha. If you buy it go Japanese or Asian as those versions are not censored and have blood.

Red the battle combat in "eNCHANT arM" isn't bad, it's reminiscent of "Breath Of Fire: Dragon Quarter" which was underrated for it's wonderful combat. The only problem is the formers combat is simplified a bit sadly. Past that the game is painfully linear, almost to the point of being FFX linear.

Godstar, "Cross Edge" is cheap? I would think that piece of Fan Service would still be $60. I need to buy it soon and hold onto it as it, as well as Cursed Mountain, I believe will be the next games fetching prices like Nocturne did on eBay.

Just went back and played Hevenly Sword recently. It's good for under $25. Short game and not all that inspired, but the sections where you play as Ki are awesome. Just be sure to turn off the SixAxis control as soon as you start the game. It's in the menu under "Aftertouch". Set that to off and you will use the left stick to control projectiles which is actually usable. The SixAxis control literally breaks the game it's so bad.

Other games you should get on disc:
Ninja Gaiden Sigma
Uncharted
MGS4
Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction (you might find this really easy and boring)
Resistance: Fall of Man (I would skip Resistance 2)
Valkyria Chronicles (mandatory for any PS3 owner with a brain)

PSN games you should get:
flOwer
Shatter
Cuboid (also has an add on you should get with it to play community made maps)
Echochrome (add on as well - get it)
Pixel Junk Eden & Enconre (Encore is the add on)
Trine (if you don't have it on PC - 360 version later this year if you prefer achievements)

PSOne games you should get if you don't have them:
Final Fantasy VII
Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen
Castlevania: Symphony of the Nigh (if you don't have it on XBLA)

Just the ones I remember off the top of my head.
I'd recommend all the bolded ones without question. The only caveat being with MGS4 I'd suggest playing 1-3 first.

I think that's the list to go with (though some of those are newer titles). I wouldn't worry about playing the older Metal Gear games in order to play 4, I didn't and I thought 4 was one of the best games I've ever played. They did a decent job of filling in the story as you went and the companion DB helps some too. I was familiar with the story and what MGS was generally about, but I never really played to previous titles (I played a little of MGS2 a long time ago). It doesn't really matter, just focus on where you are in the game, they'll let you know where you've been when they need to.

Though it might make MGS4 more enjoyable to play the older games, I don't really know. I just know that it was one of the best games I've ever player and I walked into it as a relative n00b to the series.

I guess there is (was?) a MGS database available for free download that was a great reference guide. It would even block spoiler items until it recognized your game save was past a certain point.

It's still available, it's what I meant when I said "companion DB". I thought it was pretty nifty.

To play MGS4 before/without the others is to deliberately hurt oneself. Sure, you can still enjoy it, but you're denying yourself the full scope of potential enjoyment.
