Somehow, I couldn't care less that Modern Warfare 2 is out next week. And before you go and call me a hater, I have 2 copies reserved (one of which being the Prestige Edition).

I haven't cared about screenshots. I haven't scoured the Internet for tidbits about it. The only trailer I've seen was during primetime football.

I just keep having this sinking feeling that the multiplayer will be nothing but Kill Streak spam and just end up being frustrating as hell, but not in Demon's Souls way

I heard this rumor, so if true it could change things up quite a bit..

The only kills that count towards your kill streak, is the kills you get on your own not from your actual streaks (helos, missles, ac130 ect ect).. I know I was an A hole and would wait to call in my chopper or Dogs till I died so I could use them to build another 5-7 kill streak, but supposedly you can no longer do this.. If thats true I doubt we will see as many streaks, I mean usually when you can get to 5 kills you can rely on the airstrike/mortar to get you one kill, maybe two and then you have your Helo/dogs. Die, wash, rinse and repeat.

Honetly I'm a bit nervous of streak spamming too, but at this point I think IW deserves a little faith that they know what they're doing and have balanced it out pretty well.

but in all honesty, i'm more excited for left 4 dead 2, i mean i loved cod4 but zombie killing is good times, and i like some co-op

lol i love how because of Demon's souls, we all now have to clarify by saying "But not in a Demon's Souls kinda way..." when referring to frustrating games.

By the way, I agree with you. I have my copy reserved but I am not amazingly pee in my pants excited. I am going to end up going through the single player before venturing off into the multiplayer. I won't get into multiplayer maybe until after I finish Demon's Souls at least once.

It seems that after I went and Platinum'd Demon's Souls, everything else (except for Borderlands) just seems to be "Yeah, but it's not Kingdom Hearts III" to me...
