Just finished the iphone game, it was pretty fun. It says you unlock an item from it for ME2 but no idea what.

Ugh, where's Wrex? He better be in the game damnit. I think this is the problem with all of Bioware's sequels. The first game has a cliffhanger, and you want to see what happens to the characters in the next game, and they almost always introduce new characters that you don't want to play as and which makes your first game save worthless. Bah I say, but I won't judge anymore till I get more details.

Supposedly characters from the first mass effect only exist in your play through of part 2 if you have a save file from a completed first game where they survived. Dunno in what context though.

With the whole cliffhanger ending they say in part 2 where you may or may not survive will play a part in 3. Would be kinda cool if you can only play Shepard if you survive part 2 with him.

I actually suspect that the characters from the first are in it they're just keeping them hidden for now, much as they tried with Shepard.

I can't see them throwing away the first cast after how well liked they were.

Since when has Bioware done this? They also rarely do sequels.

In Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn, most of the cast of the original was there. I believe that is the only sequel Bioware has done. Mass Effect will be the second.

What other game could you be possibly talking about? KOTOR 2 and Neverwinter Nights 2 were developped by Obsidian... not Bioware.

While not about ME2, I thought this was a good place to mentioin the first Mass Effect had its achievement list updated, meaning the long-promimsed DLC should be here soon.

The actual announcement of what this content would be was delayed back in June. But one of the most surefire notices of impending DLC is an updated achievement list, so here we are. It appears that like the first DLC, there will be one main mission, but as they previously reported, the content will be set in a gambling/casino/fight club, which is apparently called "Pinnacle Station" and will feature various combat scenarios.

Perhaps these new achievements will come with an announcement soon. Or better yet, the content itself. Check back here at x360a and we'll surely post again when we know more.

Some of those you can just target like parts of the ship and stuff. I think A.I. Hacking and Neural shock are the only ones you have to target an enemy for.

yeah what pissed me off is I put on a combo character to do them originally. Not realizing that they're missing like 2 ability's from each class. So basically I have to start 2 new play throughs just to spam those sometime, right now i'm getting my level 60 & insane play through along with tali & the asari mission achievements.

The Asari one sucks. You get her so much later that you have to do alot more of the sidequests than the others.

Downloaded the first a few days ago because ME2 looks really cool. Hopefully I'll be able to finish it whenever the sequel comes out.
