Just fired up Bayonetta - PS3 (I only have a PS3 so I have no choice here). After the first hour I was a little worried that this would be just way too hectic but Ch. 2 settled down just enough IMHO.
Will be playing that and possibly working some FFXIII hunts when the kids are awake. -

I already knew from reading reviews that the game just starts with chaos all around So I was expecting that.
I didn't get the install option till I was about 2/3 the way done. But it does help with loading times. I didn't mind the long loading times because of the chance to practice combos. But if a sequel is aver made, I will pick it up. Just hope the quality is more comparable to the Xbox next time around. -

Overall, I enjoyed Bayonetta. I, for the life of me, cannot beat the very last goddamn boss. I'm to stubborn to play through the last battle on easy, yet I've got my ass kicked enough on medium that I can't even think about putting the game in and finishing it. Thus, it sits collecting dust. I want to sell it, but I don't want to be a chump and let the game win. Ugh.

I'm a wuss and suck at twitch reflex games - yet I really enjoy them so I am playing this on Easy (though not Super Easy) instead of normal.
I have to say even with my basic skills I was beginning to think Easy was "too" easy. I haven't bitten it in a battle yet (just started Ch 9) and haven't used any items either. I'm not platting every verse but I am enjoying myself.
Now I think I am happy with the choice of easy because I HATE getting to a final boss and having my ass handed to me - especially if the game has been average difficulty up to that point. -

I ended up playing Record of Argarest War most the weekend and am finally almost at the end of the first generation (it's quite long). Now, only 4 more generations to go.
Also tried to play Saints Row 2 co-op with upgraydd but my internet connection was flaky and wasn't able to get the game going. The nerd is a tirelessly predictable creature whom the promise of boobies is like a bacon sandwich to a starving wolf. - Yahtzee

I did some trophy whoring with a buddy on SSF4. We got a whole bunch of the online trophies out of the way (10 ranked in a row, etc.).
Otherwise I played a little U2 and BFBC2.Proud member of the BATMAN club and the CAT SQUAD... it's not what you think.
