for Srpgs fans spectral force 3 or disgaea 3

I know disgaea3 got overall better scores but I want to hear other gamer's opinions

my absolute favorite srpg game of all time is FF tactics so which game is better and closer to FFT?

Spectual Souls is less complicated which I guess makes it closer to tactics. However neither is really that similar to tactics.

If you're looking for endless value and a game that never ends Disgia is the way to go. However if you havent played any of the previous disgaea games i'd do that first.

If you got a psp pick up disgaea for that.

ogrebattle on the 64, and Tactics Ogre/ogreBattle on Ps1 are the best strat-RPG's anyway

If you like tactics games get both. Honestly, there aren't that many tactical RPG's out right now, or coming out so those two games will keep you satisfied. Operation Darkness is also a good one to grab while you are at it. Disgaea 3 is a better put together game since it's NIS and no lolfactory!, but both have solid SRPG gameplay if thats what you're really after.

Played a few hours of Disgaea 3 today, it has not disappointed that is for sure. If you like strategy games this one has thousands of hours you can play. Like Clessy said, a good place to start is Disgaea on Psp, but you really don't need it. All the games have seperate story lines.
