Default Why does no one read?

I thread after thread no one mentions either comics or ebooks for 360 or PS3.
That no one reads anything makes me a sad panda.

For example Heavy Metal, Terminator series in comics.

Books try reading the real deal on a military sci-fi story instead of the watered down stuff in too human, and yes when I mean norse mythology story I mean North World by David Drake.

Select David Drake (or another author for other free books) then select the North World free download for the book.

Speaking of not reading... if I were you, I'd learn to proofread before posting.

RB, I actually can't stand eBooks and whatnot. I don't mind little webpages, but to me, if I'm going to read I want to read something on paper. There is something about the feel and smell of paper that has a nice tangible feeling to it. Plus I stare at a computer screen all day, last thing I want to do is read something on one.

I stopped reading "graphic novels" when I was 10. ebooks never made any sense to me. Why stare at a video screen to read a book..buy a real book!

i know iggytx, my compatriot in trading moderation reads a few comic lines. i want to get the marvel zombies set, but only as one big box/spine, not a bunch of trades/collections. i'll wait it out or not even get it, i only want it how i want it lol.

i used to read comics. i also read a few EU star wars books (the Tales 3 pack book (cantina aliens, bounty hunters, jabba's palace denizens) is by far the best i ever read). i used to love the x-men series, but when i read about what house of M did, i don't want to touch 'em ever again. i think that ruined a ton of shit. i want to get as much multiple man/jamie madrox shit, too, but i hate solo comic books.

I'drather kill a tree than burn out my retinas staring at a computer screen reading an ebook. Last time I checked, trees grow back, retinas dont.

I read the tales of the Bounter Hunters and it was fantastic. Anyone who likes the orginal trilogy would love to read the adventures of the bounty hunters. The only other Star Wars story I read was Shadows of the Empire. Maybe George should have kept his focus on the original trilogy instead of continually moving to the crap that no one cares about. All of his games, specials, cartoons etc are all about the prequels. Makes me wanna vomit beef stew.

I read a lot of mythology. I bought a new book called Sagas of Icelanders. The book's huge, but I'm liking it so far.

British writing bores me. The details are drawn out way too long. I'm surprised that I've finished four of those Chronicles of Narnia books. The Hobbit was the only book that I like of J.R.R. Tolkien, although I still have The Simarillion, Children of Hurin, and all of the Lord of The Rings books.

I also found two history books that H.G. Wells wrote, and they're fantastic.

Why bother reading, if it is good it will come out as a movie.

KIDDING! I read 2 books a month. I love my job....when nothing is going on.
