I rented Killzone 1 to prepare myself for KZ2 and I returned it the same day

All i can say is I hope KZ2 is faster paced and better than KZ1 or I won't be buying it.

For me it was way to slow of a game. Maybe it's because I went into it thinking Halo Killer like they stated way back in the day, but it's no such thing.

And Sniping OMG does that suck ass!

It was never stated as beinga Halo killer. Thats a tag that the media attatched to it because it was a FPS being published by Sony.

Well either way, that's the mind set that I went into when I started it up.

I was disappointed, not a halo killer. Decent but not a halo killer.

i think i had more fun with haze and less fun with turok. At least it was more fun than turok

Killzone 1 was bad in so many ways. The worst part was their method of adding length to it - cutting and pasting the same tiny linear area into a level 10 times with subtle changes each time, and doing this with practically every level.

Yea I had problems with KZ1 too...after playing so much Halo I wanted to try another shooter, big disappointment here too. So I won't hold my breath for KZ2, the videos look cool but so did KZ1's vids...
