If we're perfectly honest about this, the review score doesn't matter. It's Star Wars. It could get a 1 and it'll still be a top selling game because of the name and the gigantic marketing machine that's going to be thrown behind it.

Some xbox magazine I got. i was floored by the score. With all the hype, I was sure it would bring in a 9+. They said the story was fantastic, but the gameplay wasnt real deep. Something about Boss battles feeling out of place. I'd agree on that, why do all of these games walk you through a bunch of little minions, only to find the boss at the end of a level, then you do it all over again? Someone has to change that up.

I believe the magazine is supposed to be OXM. Other forums are popping up with the same 7.5 review and a lot of people are questioning the credibility of OXM as a result because they know, deep in their hearts, the game must be good, despite having not played it. Kind of like PS3 fanboys and Lair.

I thought this game looks great. The story graphics and force abilities are stunning. Especially the crazy physics and molecular engine the game has, very cutting edge stuff!!

I have the new issue of OXM the only reason it got a 7.5 was because of the story and some of the bosses, other then that they love the game.

Sorry but you guys are giving me conflicting information Did they or did they not like the story? I thought the premise was pretty good. I love video games with a good story to them.

I'm sorry I read it wrong. The biggest complaint was the boss battles. The story in fact they really like. Sorry about that

For them to find only a couple things wrong and give it a 7.5 doesn't make sense. I would think an 8.5 or even 9 would be in order. their review seems a bit off.

The biggest offenders in their review was a lack of multi-player and what they felt was an overly liberal use of QTEs during the boss fights. They did like the story, though they felt the romantic aspect of it was not well done, but otherwise they did seem to feel the narrative was actually well positioned within the existing Star Wars universe.
