    Actually, it's not a review. If it were, it would have all the usual talk of game mechanics, gameplay, and have the inevitable grade attached to it.

    The article is actually just more of a spotlight on the game, looking at a bit of the history of the series, and the impact of the series in general and this title in particular. I didn't want to do anything that would turn into another "MGS 4 gets a [insert score here] from High-Def Digest!" and add more fuel to the argument fire. I just wanted to talk about the game and its particular characteristics.
