Wii is really cool
I am a HUGE Wii fan. I preordered Mario Kart, but Amazon did not ship it until today - LAME and LATE. I also preordered TWO WiiFit maxie pads so i can challenge my mate on this new device. I just hope that two WiiFits can operate at the same time.

I love mine too, Metroid Prime, Paper Mario, Mario Strikers, Zelda, Mario Galaxy, and now Mario Kart are all fun exclusive games. MK is so much fun, I like using the wheel. Just ordered a second for $9.99 on Amazon, coming tomorrow. My ordered shipped and arrived same day, thank you Amazon.com lol
Although I absolutely hate the number codes, the visuals are a bit lackluster so in that respect I still prefer PS3 with the HD gaming experience. Still Wii is so much fun. -

lol, why does everybody come here talking about the "forum ps3 love"? most of us gamers here own at least two the systems.
On another note, I do the love the wii, especially now that MKWii is out (haven't touched my 360 since saturday).Gaming: XBL/PSN/Steam-DonDonRaiden

i think i'm in the minority in saying that i have "wii-morse" since buying it. it was fun the first month i had it, but i just gave it to my gf after that. there wasn't really anything out to play, so i just gave it to her to put to good use. now that mario kart is out and i had some fun playing it, i kinda want it back, but it's nothing big imo.

same here, Mario Kart is actually the only game I own on the system now. All the other wii games in my collection are my g/f's. My system sat for prob 6 months then SMG came out, played that for a week and sat again. But now that MKW is out, I haven't even touched my 360/PS3 .... I can hear rockband calling my name out :*(

Definitely a fan considering I hardly play any games in general. I'm heading into my final week of graduate school, so you can understand.
My friend brought Mario Kart over the other night and I wasn't as impressed with it as I thought I would be. That's initial impression, though, and I haven't gotten enough feel for the game to give a proper review.
I have quite a few games, and most of them are first-party. What can I say, Nintendo puts out quality games!Did the primary buffer panel just fall off my gorram ship for no apparent reason?! -

My daughter wants one for her b day. I have never seen one on the shelf, at any store, since this system was launched. People tell me that once stores get a shipment of Wii's, they sell out in minutes. I believe it!!! If I see one, I may have to just buy it. Her b day is not until September.

I ended up selling 4 Wii's within a week of its release. Three of the units were sold on Ebay within 48hrs. The reason why I did not keep one was because there are very few titles that interest me.

i don't know how rock band will do on the wii without dlc. that was the selling point for me and with no storage space on the wii, i don't know how well this title will do for the wii. i'm sure most people that have a wii and another system (ps3/360) have already bought it by now.

I have a Wii and like it well enough. It's more for the kids and parties though. I bought a PS3 just to play Rock Band (OK, and watch blu rays, but the wife doesn't know that!
). The DLC just makes it for me. If I had waited for RB on Wii, I'd be really disappointed that there is no way to download more songs.
