No, but is this any surprise really? Now that porting a console game to the PC is (relatively speaking) no big deal, there's very little reason not to do this for every third party game.

Because console games coming to PC is much more common place now than it was in the last 2 generations. 360 is usually the lead development platform for retail multi-platform games and it's usually pretty easy to port from 360 to PC. Not to mention the popularity of Steam. We've seen a lot of games that would have been console exclusive in the past come to PC this generation.
I just don't see why this is surprising at all. Publishers aren't getting co-marketing dollars out of Sony and MS like they used to. Only a handful of the biggest games get that treatment now, so there's little reason not to do a PC version.Newly converted PC elitist jerk. -

If it was being developed by the original Japanese devs I'd say it was something to talk about but the Lord of Shadows are done by a Mercury Steam which is based in Spain and has been making multiplat and PC games since they started. My guess is they simply have a PC/PS3/360 engine already in place.

Well there's at least talks about it happening. This stood out to me though:
If it's so bad working with consoles, why is he trying to do it?To that end, he confirmed that he's meeting console developers at GamesCom, but says he's not going in blind. His experience at Bohemia Interactive has made him aware of the "pitfalls and horror" involved in developing for console platforms.
But yeah, if it happens that would actually be big news. -
