'Borderlands 2' Special Editions and Preorder Bonuses Revealed
$100 gets you plenty of loot, while $150 adds a box to keep it all in.
http://www.joystiq.com/2012/05/17/bo...ions-revealed/
As much as I like to make fun of cat helmets and other preorder bonuses that cost way too much, I have to admit that I'll probably shell out for the $150 version. I just really, really, love Borderlands. Plus I could like, put things in the chest. So it's practical.

Love Borderlands, one of my favorite games this gen....but I won't spend more than $60 on a game.
I don't need a bobble head, art book, and stickers as I am not in 1st grade or live in a crappy european small town with a shitty internet connection and a predisposition to having my tech break around me. (sorry Blinx) -

1. Please stop making fun about me, you guys.
It ceases to be funny and it's not like I'm the only goddamn nerd on this planet.
2. My inner nerd says: Don't buy! Expensive crap! Box is probably made out of cardboard again.
It will probably end up in the bargain bin. Just like Duke Nukem Forever, Skyrim and Bioshock 2 (the last I bought for 20 quid, 2 weeks after release)
As for Troy: Once again (for like the 50th time, if I'm not entirely mistaken). I never said it was great. I never said I was the creator of Starcraft/Warcraft/C&C.
It was a crappy, turn based ascii game with a shitload of conditional and quite a few unconditional jumps within the codebase.PSN/XBL: BLINX1234 -

Honestly, it's not really making fun of YOU, it's making fun of the Blinx archetype we have built up on the forums.
I mean , the Corrupteddragon archetype built up on the forums is that I'm this amazing awesome dude who get's all the women and is always right. Now, while that just happens to be the truth, it's what people think on the forums. -
