kinect for games is fine...but those commercials showing you can use it simply to operate the dashboard and use it on netflix just lose me. are people THAT lazy? they cant even pick up a remote and push the buttons to watch their movie or move around the dashboard? lol the time it'll take you to say "xbox, netflix...xbox movie...xbox play" or whatever...you could have started it up by remote 4 times. lol

This would have been nice from the beginning but am I really going to go back and play it again because now I can talk to it when I have other games either on the shelf or coming out. I think not.

Can you imagine what they are going to do in Kinect 2? It's going to get ugly for Sony. MSFT has learned from Kinect and I think they are going to drastically improve everything about it. Kinect will be built directly into the next Xbox, so many more games with be kinect enabled. there won't be as much of a lag....etc.

I hear Galaxy is brilliant, and it probably is. Just can't picture myself sitting down and playing it. That would take time away from watching the Disney Channel and working on my coloring book.Ryan Payton (MGS4 Associate Producer) -

Same basic limitations will likely remain (movement in an open world, line of sight, etc).
Graphics will likely be vastly improved.
I'm sure Sony is cooking up thir own half-baked motion control gimmick for next gen but apple will dominate both if they intend to throw their hat in the console casual crowd.Last edited by michealo; 04-14-2012 at 08:40 PM.
