So, if you look really close at the RE6 logo...it looks like a woman is giving a Giraffe a blowjob.

Am I the only one that wants there to be a puzzle aspect to this game? You know, kinda what the franchise started out with, not something that (d)evolved into mere dlc.

Yeah, I'm almost done with my replay of RE1. Those puzzles were easy as hell. (push box onto vents, press switch.)

Six player online co-op!?
Survival horror AND classic RE moments. Er... shouldn't the horror stuff BE the classic stuff? Anyway, I'm just waiting for the co-op to be a horde mode or something.More details on Resident Evil 6 emerged over the weekend, shedding a little light on what we can expect from Capcom's latest iteration of the venerable horror series.
First comes the news that the game will support two-player offline co-op, up to six players for online co-op and up to eight players for another online multiplayer mode. The details, unconfirmed by Capcom but almost certainly on the money, come from the game's Xbox.com listing.
Beyond that we've got some tasty little titbits via the game's official Twitter page. Engaging with fan interest, the account has said that the game has been in development for 2 years and features an "overhauled" control scheme, featuring "a number of new elements."
It also revealed that the zombies are "unlike any in past Resident Evil games" and that "There will certainly be a survival horror element to the game, mixed in with classic Resident Evil moments."
Resident Evil 6 was unveiled last week with a generously long trailer and a bunch of details. The game comes out in November this year.

I replayed and finished Resi 1 and Resi 2 quite recently and the puzzles were good for such a gane. Resi 4 and Resi 5 are much worse! The original games required some thinking at least, but the last games were so stupid they can be solved accidentally. Its as if people are becoming dumber and dumber in time and Capcom has to adapt the games to the lower IQ of the current age

For some reason I just can't get excited about this. Hopefully later down the road when the game is released and reviewed, I'll have more enthusiasm. For now, I have the same skeptical caution that I do for FFXIII-2.

This one is very high on my radar now. Though, I still need to play through RE5.

Remember this is Capcom so this date is more of a paid beta release date, the full gold version will be released 6-9 months later
Waiting for the day when sales or graphics or reviews matter again. -
