Seriously? Are the two of you that shallow?
Throughout the last few weeks I've played:
- TERA (May 1, 2012)
- Risen 2 (April 26, 2012)
- The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (November 11, 2011)
- Alice Madness Returns (June 14, 2011)
- Mafia 2 (August 24, 2010)
- Vanguard Saga of Heroes (January 30, 2007)
That's two slightly outdated titles.
And those two still max out my GTX 680 rather well.
You guys ever heard of Anti Aliasing/Downsampling?
Yea. That's how.
My Mafia 2 setup utilizes splendid 44xAA, for example.PSN/XBL: BLINX1234 -

Anything before October 2011 is OLD and should be thrown out.

Besides you left off all the old Sony MMO's and other stuff you have been trying out. It does seem to me though that you don't actually play any of the games, you just try to max out what they can look like, take screen shots and then move on to the next game to try and make that look pretty.
Can't wait for screenshots of Everquest with max AA!!!!
Hoping to max this bad boy out soon!

I do play those games.
Why else would I have a subscription?
I played Vanguard for 5 hours straight before taking a nap and playing for another 5 hours thereafter.
The diplomacy in that game is addicting.
Originally bought for the questing, crafting and housing, I haven't even touched most of those gameplay elements yet.
I'm hellbent on becoming a top level diplomat for one of the capital cities.
Lol. Quake 1. Haven't played that for ages.
There's a nice and shiny graphical update of that, actually.
Haven't checked it out yet, but it's a total rewrite of the Quake 1 engine. From the videos and screenshots I've seen, it looks better than ID Tech 5PSN/XBL: BLINX1234 -

Not you too!
Just what would you guys advise me to play then? I already play most of the new games. Everything except Battlefield 3 and Crysis 2.
It's not like I'm playing nothing but old titles all day long.
Heck. How's my GTX 680 useless when I still see a slight stuttering in games like Risen 2 and TERA? How's it useless when my Alice Madness Returns setup would be unplayable on all but this card?
@CD
No dude. I leave that entirely up to the Battlefield 3 crowd.PSN/XBL: BLINX1234 -

For someone who could never be described as a PC snob I enjoy the hell out of this thread.

Lol.
20% Computer Parts/Games Talk
40% Blinx bitching about his emergency/realization of the day centering around life in a hopelessly rural area or a broken computer
20% The rest of us bitching at Blinx for constantly bitching
