I just found this list ridiculous enough to post a rant about it.
What really sucks about this list is that, while they pretty much included every freaking island of at least one square inch, they didn't bother adding Australia to that list.

Culturally, Australia is just as close to Europe as it is to the US so why not add it to either list?

Same for Canada.
Last I looked you guys were still a member of the Commonwealth of Nations and old Queen Lizzy was still the head of state, yet it isn't on our list either.

They bothered adding overseas territories like the Falklands so why not add Canada or Australia which, technically, are just as much British as the Falklands or Anguilla?

Canada was removed because it isn't a real country. Also, the only thing we know about Australia is that there are strange animals like Kangaroos there. Also, we know from experience that PC's and internet don't work well in Europe (thanks Blinx).
They put those other territories more out of pity though and for the lulz.

Blizzard really fucked up when it comes to the real-money auction house.

90% of the places on the European list aren't even in Europe. In some cases, I don't even know why anyone would include them.

Do people really have the time (let alone means) to play video games in unstable places like Congo or Somalia?

Western Sahara isn't even recognized as a country by most UN member nations (conveniently ignoring the fact that most people living there are herders who have probably never heard of that thing called internet).

Lastly. Why does the list mention the Vatican? Are those old farts supposed to embrace their inner devil now? Is the pope supposed to play this on his type writer? The only remotely logical explanation I could ever come up with is that members of the Swiss guard are supposed to chime in during their lunch break. However likely that is.

Noob question time. What's the best class to use for a solo playthrough? Is a solo playthrough possible, or will some areas/bosses require some teamwork?

Ok. I'll try again. But a tad slower this time.

I am angry because Blizzard decided that Europeans should only be allowed to sell their gear to 3rd world countries and (what seems to be some sort of running joke) the Pope.

I looked forward to making some bucks I would then either spend on Blizzard merchandise/time codes or transfer to my bank account.

It is very unlikely, however, that Somalians got enough money to take some virtual item off me. That's why I'd rather have dealt with 1st or, at the very least, 2nd world countries like the US, China, Canada, South Korea (unarguably the best place to sell virtual gear) or Australia.

Noob question time. What's the best class to use for a solo playthrough? Is a solo playthrough possible, or will some areas/bosses require some teamwork?

My Diablo experience is pretty light as well, but I believe you should be able to play through by yourself on normal difficulty. Just may have to grind some.

As for which class is best, it probably all comes down to which playstyle you enjoy. I ran a monk in the beta and enjoyed it, she also fucked things up pretty badly.

They can all hold their own depending on playstyle as said by Bane. Typically in Diablo I've always found the Warrior and Sorcerer(or sorceress) class the easiest. Warrior because you can get high defense and high attack, and Sorc because of the range. Having played through the beta with all the classes though, none seemed to present a problem.
Also, typically the game is pretty much soloable on all difficulty levels, so you never NEED help, but it can be fun sometimes.

That's the good thing about Diablo, you can just drop in and out at anytime and not have to worry about it. I typically play through solo first, and then later do some co op once i'm more familiar with the quests and such.
