Bethesda is a great studio to work for and Todd Howard is such a cool dude and a great boss. He is a very inspiring individual and he knows a ton of shit. Anyway I thought you guys might get a kick out of some pictures from our annual holiday party last month. Some pictures of me with some special peeps that are now part of the Zenimax Family:
The one and only Todd Howard

John Carmack

Shinji Mikami (Creator of Resident Evil amongst other things for those that may no know)

Lynda Carter (AKA Wonder Woman)

Dirk Meyer (AMD CEO) just resigned today!!!!!!!! Rumours are that its over the botched Bulldozer experiment....
The CPU landscape is going to change drastically in the next 2 months. I'm not building ANY rig until March. Not unless Sandy Bridge 2500k drops to $175 or less.Intel i5 2500k (@4.7Ghz) + XFX Radeon 7970 3GB RAM! + 16GB DDR3 RAM (STEAM/Origin: Nealon_Greene)

I am well aware of that.
Hence an Intel might be a real alternative, this time around.
Their chipsets are also SLI certified, whereas I would have to use an SLI patch on those 990FX mainboards.
My rig is going to be build in April, so hopefully we know more about BD by then.PSN/XBL: BLINX1234 -

Heh.
To be honest, I haven't even played the first Crysis (my steel book LE is still sealed).
Don't know if I will get the second (already getting Dragon Age 2 on PC and PS3 and the new Dawn of War 2 Retribution in March).
And I'd much rather wait until BD is out, before spending an insane amount of money on new hardware (16 GB DDR3, a 256GB SSD, a 600GB server HDD, an E-ATX certified PC case and two GTX 580s don't come cheap those days).
I am definitely not settling with anything but the best this time.PSN/XBL: BLINX1234 -

I'm sure Crysis 2 will do wonders for eye sex on the rig I got for SC2 (don't ask me what's in it though, couldn't tell ya.) but I don't know if Crysis 2 will actually be a GREAT game. So I'm holding out for reviews.

Damn it!
Turned out the case I have been wanting for close to 2 years isn't made of steel, but aluminum. How could I not see this?
I am now considering buying one of these bad boys (which happens to come with a side window), instead*.

Though the front is made of plastic, which isn't too good either.
Hmm...
*Although it does look quite a bit generic. With all that Nvidia green, it's hard to bring in any sort of individual design.PSN/XBL: BLINX1234 -
