I loved the Lunar games, but let's face it, Working Designs having friends and family do the voice acting didn't always work out for the best. Not the worst I've ever heard, but the worst I could remember off the top of my head.

Came upon this trying to find some clips from the Grandia games. It has a nice sampling of 50 quick audio clips examples of really bad voice acting from quite a number of games. An amusing watch.

Resident Evil. Any of them can qualify, but I think 1-3 were some of the finest examples in terrible voice over work.

I read the title and was going to pop in and say "House of the Dead." It looks like the topic post beat me to it.

Star Ocean 4's was pretty bad. It's a good thing it's gameplay was fairly solid. Crisis Core's VAing was bleh at points, as well, but I loved that game a great deal. Infinite Undiscovery is also pretty slimey as well.
It didn't have much voice acting, but the dialogue in Legend of Dragoon was really... REALLY bleh at the start of the game.+32in Sanyo Vizon

So much bad English voice acting.. I almost don't want to think about it.. Strange thing is the talking about worst voice acting made me think of Enchanted Arms which has the worst Japanese voice acting i've ever heard in a game...

I'm assuming Japanese voice acting probably doesn't sound bad since we don't speak the language.
But I would say RE1. How they. Talk with really? Messed! up punctuation makes it quite ... unbearable.Waiting for the day when sales or graphics or reviews matter again. -

RE1, definitely. The 2, 3, and CV were bad but not among the worst out there. Everything from Zero and onwards has had solid VA in fact.
They made a reference to Barry's "I HAVE THIS!" line in the upcoming DLC.. well, he says that same line when he pops an enemy's head. -

If the new RE5 DLC had the original Barry voice actor, I would get it in a heartbeat. Does it?
