Child of Eden, the genre-defying and visually stunning motion-controlled spiritual successor to the PS2’s Rez, received Move support approximately three months after its initial release for the 360 and the results are, surprisingly, better than its Kinect version. -

Well, that just show how much hype was around this game and how "immersive" the experience was because "you are the controller". Even these guys, well in effect of the Kinect reality distortion field, could feel the improvement with the move. Kinect is still better for dance and full body workout games, but not good for much else.
the sensation of waving to move the reticle on screen coupled with the rhythmic vibration made the Move a much more enjoyable playing experience. It also made increasing our multiplier easier because we could feel the rhythm as well as hear it to release our shot on beat. We found that we were able to score consistently higher via Move than with the Kinect for this reason. -

aye, the kinect hype failed miserably but the "just have fun with it" detour was mildly successful.
i'm quite enjoying the party games, mild usage not so much.
move hype killed WI, it seems.
mine are collecting dust. -

I think we are all aware that Kinect has sold more than Move. No one really cares. On top of that, I don't expect an engineer who directly works with the hardware to be at all fully up to date on sales. Pretty sure that should be left to the bean counters, like usual.
Regardless, good to see that my Move may get used for something..or not. I have all intentions of buying this game, but not for anything more than 20 bucks. -

I was skeptical of the Kinect at 1st, but actually like it better than the Move. Sure, the Move integrated controls for some awesome games, Killzone 2 and Resistance 3, and that shitty Socom 4, but after trying the Move out, I always go back to regular controller. But with Kinect, I actually play the games with kinect. Most are the casual games, but who cares as long as they are fun. And added bonus, when it was 115 degrees out side, got the kids to do some actual physical activity inside.

You have more motivation than me. I didn't even try the move with any of those exclusives that utilized it. I just don't see me enjoying it in that fashion. Move would be great for the game referenced above, and for things like frisbee and golf etc. There just hasn't been anything out for Move that makes me want to use it. I would be in the same boat with Kinect, though. Moves obvious problem is not being able to do full body control as well as Kinect, thus not being able to incorporate alot of those casual games that Kinect has that make it fun.

I hear Galaxy is brilliant, and it probably is. Just can't picture myself sitting down and playing it. That would take time away from watching the Disney Channel and working on my coloring book.Ryan Payton (MGS4 Associate Producer) -
